Luke Kiernan
Luke’s career in the pharmaceutical industry spans over 25 years with Elan, Gerard Laboratories, BioAnalytical Laboratories, Wyeth & Pfizer.  Luke has held various management roles in Validation, Technical Services, Process Development, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical Method Development, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of validation lifecycle, six sigma methodology for problem-solving, process improvement, technical transfers, analytical method development & validation, regulatory affairs, change management, QRM and Quality Management. Luke holds an MSc in Instrumental method of Analysis from DCU.


Finbarr Sheehy
Finbarr has over 25 years’ experience at senior levels within the Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor industries. He was Director of Continuous Improvement & Training with Wyeth, Newbridge. Prior to Wyeth, he held management and engineering roles at Intel Ireland and Analog Devices Incorporated, Limerick. In 2008 he established BusinessExcellence.ie and currently works with businesses across several sectors (including Pharma) in Ireland to drive business improvements. His expertise is in the following areas; Strategy Development, Process Improvement, Creativity & Innovation, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma, Process Measurement, Training Design & Delivery, Competency Assessment, Change Management and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Finbarr holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Education from the University of Sheffield. 

Fiona Fennell
Fiona is a qualified Industrial Psychologist, certified by the British Psychological Society.  Fiona also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies (Quality Systems) from the National Centre for Quality Management.  With a 20+ year career in Talent Management, Fiona has worked closely with multinational clients in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Medical Devices. Prior to joining Innopharma, her role as Director at Cregg Recruitment allowed her to specialise in the area of Contingent Workforce Management and the application of Lean Methodologies. Fiona now joins Innopharma as a Business Liaison Manager in our newest Technical Services Division and looks forward to delivering solutions to clients and supporting the ongoing career development of our technical resources.

Mary Jo Parker
Mary Jo is Snr HR professional with over 20 years’ experience and has supplemented her Degree in Human Resources with Diplomas in Coaching, Mediation and Conflict Resolution with NUI Maynooth and Employment Law with the Law Society.  Mary Jo is also qualified by the British Psychological Society in both Ability and Personality psychometric testing.  Mary Jo has held senior HR roles in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Sectors and gained extensive experience of the HR lifecycle including start-ups and downsizing programmes.  During the past four years, Mary Jo has performed a Business Liaison role with Innopharma Education and successfully transitioned hundreds of experienced professionals into highly regulated sectors. 

Audrey Meehan
Audrey has over 15 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, having previously worked with Elan, Wyeth and Pfizer. Audrey has held various management roles, in Technical Services, Validation and Process Development. Audrey’s experience includes Validation Master Planning, the validation of large capital expansion projects (up to €300M), project management, Technology transfers, employment of Lean tools and systems revision (in response to new regulations and corporate policy). Audrey holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University College Cork. 

Paula Kearney
Paula has over 24 year’s experience within the pharmaceutical industry having previously worked in MSD Swords, Ipsen Beaufour and Gerard Laboratories. Throughout her career, Paula has gained extensive experience in both drug substance and drug product manufacturing. Paula held senior laboratory roles in both the microbiology and analytical services fields prior to progressing her career into Learning and Development. Paula now designs and delivers bespoke training programmes for industry. Paula also lectures for the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Griffith College Dublin and Innopharma College of Applied Science Dublin delivering modules in GMP, Aseptic Practices and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Technology. Paula holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Business Operations from Griffith College Dublin.
