Combining a blend of food science and manufacturing modules with a range of industry directed modules, this programme gives graduates an in-depth knowledge of Food Microbiology, Good Hygiene Practice, Manufacturing Process Technology, HACCP, Food Regulatory Affairs, Process Improvement, Occupational Safety & Environmental Management Applied Maths, Fundamentals of Science and GMP.

Designed to minimise disruption to your schedule, this 2-semester programme involves online lectures two evenings per week and two Saturdays a month which involve tutorials and equipment touch time in a simulated manufacturing environment.
This course is developed in collaboration with our partners at TUD - Tallaght Campus and is supported as part of the Springboard initiative.
